On behalf of the Harrisburg School District, it is my sincere pleasure to congratulate Vera Okken, Zara Nwadibia, and Kennedy Cauwels on being named National Merit Scholarship Finalists. This distinction places them among 15,000 students nationwide to earn finalist standing and positions them as a candidate for one of the 6,870 National Merit Scholarships to be awarded this spring. This is an extraordinary accomplishment and a testament to their academic excellence, character, and commitment to their goals.
