Congratulations to 8th graders, Keagan Fitzpatrick and Crystal Westall! They were the top two candidates at NMS Oratory Festival this past week. Keagan and Crystal, along with their teacher, Ms. Huffman will be traveling to Washington, DC in May to join other middle school students from across the country at the National Oratory Festival at the historic Ford's Theatre in May.
Keagan performed a poem and Crystal performed an original speech on the topic of mental health. They were both recognized for their outstanding oratory skills and are excited for this incredible opportunity this spring.
